Nutrient-rich car­rots are Mother Nature‘s solu­tion for firmer skin.  It’s loaded with skin firm­ing vit­a­min A and anti–aging antiox­i­dants such as beta-carotene.

What you need:

  • 3–5 peeled and steamed carrots
  • ½ tsp light olive oil

Purée the car­rots and oil in a food proces­sor until con­sis­tency is creamy.  Apply the mask to a clean face and relax for 15 min­utes.  Rinse and pat dry.  Yields one application.
